Day 63: Posting late, again. Yesterday's happy was about surprises! The campus of the college where I work offers a culinary program. A happy consequence of having a culinary program at a small college campus sometimes means there is extra delicious food hanging around. I don't often get to participate in extra delicious food on campus due to the nature of my job as I'm rarely actually *on* campus, but yesterday I was. Yesterday at the end of the day one of the culinary instructors popped his head in my office and told me I needed some flan, and left a small box with this gorgeousness inside on my desk. What a lovely way to end the week! Free flan! A special thanks to Jill for telling them I was down the hall and could use some flan lol.
