Day 136

Day 136: Christmas cards! It seems to be a bit of a dying tradition, sending Christmas cards. With the increased prices of stamps and the ease of email, it seems (to me anyway) that fewer and fewer people are sending out handwritten greetings on cards. Now I don't profess to be great at it, but I do try and send a few cards out each Christmas and I absolutely love getting Christmas cards in the mail. Honestly it is one of my absolute favourite parts of this beautiful season. Sometimes I get cards from people I haven't heard from in ages and ages, and sometimes from people who don't really use email at all and letter writing is one of their primary forms of correspondence. I find it charming, and I'm always so touched when receiving cards. They make me so happy. #365happydays
