Day 60

Day 60: Fun fact about me: I love trains. I'm not sure if I love them as much as my little nephew does, but love them I do. I always have. The house I grew up in was an old station master's house and situated right beside train tracks. When I was a little kid I would wake up each day to the sound of trains. To this day it thrills me to my core when I see these lights, and the train that ultimately follows them. I turn my radio off, roll down my window and listen to the bells, then the roar of the engine as it rolls by. I used to love travelling home to Timmins by train when I was in university, and was heartbroken when they discontinued the Ontario Northland passenger service. What a lovely, classy way to travel. Someday I want to travel across Canada by train. But for today, trains are my happy. #trains #100happydays
