Day 256

Day 256: Spending the day with a couple of cute little munchkins necessitates a trip to the toy aisle of whatever store you happen to be shopping in. They found "trashies" (something like "webkins" I understand), and I found these: classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toys, the same design they were when I was a kid. I did a double take when I first saw them, not sure if it was some cheap knockoff or something, but they seem to be the real deal. They have the little original weapons and everything! It took a LOT of strength to not buy all four of them (and the Shredder was there too!) but at fifteen bucks a pop...maybe not. Instead I took a photo, and am sharing them with You. Why? Because seeing them, remembering the thrill of buying them when I was a kid, made me really really Happy! #TNMT #365happydays
