Day 252: Lately I have been doing my best to channel The Chairman. Though we lost him in 2002, he remains a prominent figure in mine and many of family members' lives. Difficult conversations have never been my strong suit, but it is often the case that things can't improve unless you are willing to have them. Trying to imagine how he would have conducted himself, and attempting to do likewise.
