Day 307: Found this puppy in my desk drawer at work this afternoon: my old second generation 40 GB iPod classic! When I started here five years ago it worked, and then one day it didn't. So I threw it in my middle desk drawer (my junk drawer) and eventually apparently forgot all about it. I found it today and showed a colleague (we were laughing about old technology) and he suggested I try plugging it in. To my amazement there seems to be life! I have no idea if it'll get past the stage of the dead battery/lightning bolt, but even seeing that made me kinda excited.
